This year, the company has won ‘Outdoor Event Specialists of the Year’ at the Oxfordshire Prestige Awards 2022.
Founder Steven Roberts said: “We were shocked to get this award a third time as there are a lot of people out there who do the same thing.
“So to win it a third time I thought would be some going but our name came up and I thought, ‘wow, hello’.”
The judges were ‘particularly impressed’ by the focus on developing leadership skills and practical learning through the four children's clubs, which are tailored towards different age groups from preschool to teenagers.
They also specialise in providing companies with the opportunity to assess who their potential leaders are and to develop teamwork within their workforce by taking part in their fun and exciting 'Escape & Evasion' exercises.
