A NEW community kitchen which will provide free meals is opening in Oxford tomorrow (November 18).
Botley Community Kitchen, which is run by volunteers, will open at the Seacourt Bridge pub in West Way at 3pm.
It will be serving 50 meals for the first few weeks from 3pm to 5pm every Monday and Wednesday, building up to 100 meals by Christmas.

The food is being provided by Oxford Food Hub, a non-profit organisation which works to mitigate surplus food and waste in support of charities across the county.
One of the organisers said: “I’m motived by the idea of feeding the community with surplus vegetables – there are a lot of volunteers I involved and there’s a lot of feel good vibes going on.”
