TEENAGER Matthew Simpson, who survived the car crash which killed four young men at the weekend, is still in a critical condition in hospital today.
The 17-year-old, from Bicester, is fighting for his life following the fatal smash on the A422 Brackley Road, near Westbury, Buckinghamshire.
Oliver Francis, a spokesman for Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust, said: "He is still in a critical condition - there has been no change."
Tributes have been paid to James Bowyer, 18, of Marsh Gibbon, near Bicester, who died at the scene when the blue Ford Fiesta he was travelling in crashed into a tree at about 12.30am yesterday.
The three other teenagers killed were 18-year-olds Lee Grimshaw, of Brackley, Northamptonshire, Edward Manders-Naden, of Calvert Green, Buckinghamshire, and Kirk Nokes, of Buckingham.
