A PRIMARY school in Didcot has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in its first ever inspection.

Aureus Primary School, in Clover Fields, first opened in September 2018 on Great Western Park.

It had its first Ofsted inspection on October 11 and 12.

Nicola Roberts, head of school, said: “I would like to express our gratitude to the full school community - every child, family and member of staff – for achieving a remarkable inspection result. The Aureus Primary family is a truly outstanding team.
