ROBERT CARTER, 41, of Wick Green, Grove, was convicted of attempted sexual communication with a ‘child’ called Daisy. Between August 17 and 18, 2020, he was said to have discussed sexual acts with what he thought was an under-16 and asked ‘sexualised’ questions of her. He was given a six month prison sentence suspended for two years, must abide by a five year sexual harm prevention order and sign on as a sex offender for seven years. He was ordered to pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

MITCHELL DIXON, 25, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted damaging one car window in Abingdon and trying to damage another. He must do 90 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 in compensation.

SARAH CLARKSON, 42, of Harlech Close, Loughborough, admitted stealing cash from a man and a phone from another man on Cornmarket in August. She received 20 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for 18 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement. She must pay £40 in compensation.

RICCARDO GIORGI, 34, of Yarnells Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving. Tests showed he had 114mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood when he was stopped driving a Nissan Micra in Yarnells Hill in March. The limit is 80. He was fined £650, banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £150 in costs and surcharge.

SUBA SINGH, 41, of Cottington Close, Swindon, admitted driving a Mercedes Sprinter van without due care and attention in Gloucester Street, Faringdon, on July 1, 2021. He was fined £450, given five penalty points and must pay £545 in costs and surcharge.

MACIEJ KRYSIAK, 41, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Bicester and damaging a front door of the house where the assault took place. He was jailed for two months, with the court record noting that he had a ‘flagrant disregard’ for court orders, people and property. He must pay £580 in compensation and £150 in costs.

MARTIN MCDONAGH, 48, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted stealing a £350 bicycle in Oxford in April. He was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £350 in compensation.

MOUSSA ADOUM, 38, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a criminal behaviour order by having an open can of alcohol in Cowley Road on May 28, two days after the order was imposed. He was fined £20 for that breach and £60 for three other breaches, including begging in east Oxford and having an open container of alcohol in Barns Road.

STEVEN LEWIS, 55, of Commercial Road, Newport, admitted drink driving a Jeep Cherokee in Elm Grove, Brize Norton. Tests showed he had 214 mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – six times the legal drink-drive limit of 35mcgs. He was banned from driving for 40 months and must do 65 hours of unpaid work and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order. The bench imposed £180 in costs and surcharge.

LIZA ROLLS, 55, of Sharland Close, Grove, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath at Abingdon police station in August. She was fined £286, must pay £199 in costs and surcharge, and her licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

TRACEY QUINN, 32, of Spinney Close, Radley, pleaded guilty to a malicious communications charge and damaging a cordless phone at Abingdon police station. She was given a three month conditional discharge and must pay £75 in compensation to Thames Valley Police.

ADAM GRIFFIN, 36, of Meadow End, Fulbrook, pleaded guilty to possession of a lock knife in New Yatt Road, Witney, in December 2020. He was fined £415 and ordered to pay £127 in costs and surcharge.
