A woman suffered serious head injuries after a crash near Bicester, police said today.
Officers are appealing for information following the crash in the village of Stoke Lyne, on Wednesday night.
At about 11.10pm, a blue Hyundai Coupe SE left the road and crashed into a ditch on the Stratton Audley road.
The 33-year-old driver suffered serious head injuries. She was taken to the Horton Hospital in Banbury and then transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for specialist treatment on Thursday afternoon.
Details were only released today.
Sgt Bryan Smith, of Bicester Roads Policing, said: "We are keen to identify any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who saw this Hyundai in the moments leading up to the incident."
