DRIVERS in and around Oxford will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

However, both of them only expected to cause slight delays of less than 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

• A34, from 8pm June 1 2022 to 6am March 31 2023: A34 northbound and southbound, Peartree Interchange, major works advance warning signage only for Oxfordshire County Council works.

• A34, from 6am August 1 2022 to 11.59pm July 20 2023: A34 northbound and southbound, Peartree Interchange, Lane closures on the exit slips for Oxfordshire County Council works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
