POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an assault which took place in a McDonald's car park.

On October 4 the victim was assaulted and his car damaged by two unknown males in the car park of McDonald's at the Milton Service Station near Abingdon

The offenders, both white males in their 20s, were in a black vehicle.

Police are asking anybody with information to call 101 quoting reference 43220445115.

Last month two men were arrested after a man was left in critical condition in hospital, following an early morning assault on Cowley Road.

The incident took place in the morning early last month, when a group of men were ejected from Heat African Bar and Restaurant on Cowley Road after an altercation in the venue.
