WALLINGFORD: Software firm Gladstone has strengthened its management team with six senior appointments.
Peter Doyle has joined as head of marketing, responsible for strategy formulation and delivery for the group and health and leisure, and education divisions. Deanna Surman becomes human resources manager with responsibility for all aspects of people management. Derrick Farley is appointed as head of sales, while Arthur Morris (pictured left) becomes head of business development to focus on driving new business.
Bronya Oldfield (pictured left) becomes developments project manager for the new Orbit management software.
In education, Martin Fallows is the new sales manager focusing on the development of new Building Schools for the Future initiatives with strategic partners such as Capita, Serco Learning and RM.
