County councillors deferred a decision over controversial plans for a giant quarry at Stonehenge Farm today.
Hanson Aggregates wants to extract 1.55m tonnes of sand and gravel from the site.
County Hall's planning committee put back the decision after calling for more information from the Environment Agency and West Oxfordshire District Council.
