Original Swan will be aiming to complete the Greene King ODDA Winter League's premier league and seven-a-side cup double on finals night, June 6.
Premier champions Swan played off in the seven-a-side quarter-finals at the Lord Nuffield Social Club.
They got through the opening round along with Rose Hill Community Centre, George Bar B and Shelley Arms C.
The first semi-final saw Swan defeat Rose Hill 4-0 thanks to Nigel Russell, Tony Leone, Peter Rouse and Jon Jukes (180), while Shelley edged out George 4-3, Ray Pape defeating Peter Jones in the decider.
Tickets for finals night at Roman Way are on sale at Three Horseshoes, Old Marston, at £2 each.
Tuesday sees the start of the ODDA Summer League. Captains should note that if a registration card has been altered, the player concerned will be deemed not to have been signed on.
In men's Section 10, Catherine Wheel C are now listed at No 8 and No 6 is vacant.
