Stanton St John Willows could rustle up only ten players for the long journey to Long Marston in Division 6, and those who made the trip must have wondered why they bothered.
Willows crumbled to 59 all out against Martin Keable (3-15) and Matthew Wareham (3-17), and were then unable to take a wicket to finish the day without a point.

Mark Skelton (93) and Dave Heritage (45) rescued Horspath 2nd from 86-5, adding 77 for the sixth wicket and setting their side on their way to 228 all out at home to Wallingford.
Rain then interrupted the visitors' reply, which ended on 192-4 after 35 overs with Lee Ainsworth hitting 45 and Tom Smith taking 4-64.

James Collett's 93 was the major contribution in Bourton Vale 2nd's 202-8 from 51 overs at Oxford 3rd.
The home side were well placed on 80-1 from ten overs, with Mark Sheehan going well on 44 not out, when the match had to be abandoned.

David Brooks's 65 not out enabled Thame Town 2nd to score a respectable 185-5 in their home clash with Bledlow Ridge 2nd.
But Henry Hale then compiled a fine 106 not out as Ridge closed out a six-wicket win.

There was another centurion at Bledlow Village 2nd, as Rob Ford hit 113 in Wolverton Town 2nd's 252-7, but the hosts closed on 198-8 for a draw.
Charlie Maw also batted well in scoring 45, but the loss of three overs to rain may have cost Town the win.
Wolverton lost five points for failing to provide an umpire.
