There is no substitute for watching Steven Spielberg's iconic Jaws movie at the cinema - and Steve Chance should know.
Mr Chance, a self-confessed Jaws addict, has been collecting memorabilia from the 1975 movie for more than 30 years - and even owns a tooth from a model of the great white shark used in the film.
Tonight, the 43-year-old Bicester man said it was great news his favourite film would be shown at The Phoenix Picturehouse as part of the Oxford Mail's Steven Spielberg festival.
The paper has teamed up with the Walton Street cinema in Jericho to put on a week of the director's films ahead of the release of new Indiana Jones movie The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull.
The film festival kicks off on Friday night with Duel, before Jaws shows on Saturday.
ET, Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, Saving Private Ryan, The Color Purple and Schindler's List follow on subsequent days.
Mr Chance, from Welland Croft, said: "I wouldn't say I'm a film fanatic, but I do like Jaws.
"It was one of the first films I saw at the cinema. I was about 11. I pestered my old man for months to take me to see it.
"I thought it was an amazing piece of film - just exciting from beginning to end."
Mr Chance picked up the tooth about six years ago, for a price he will not admit for fear of upsetting his girlfriend.
He said: "I think the film festival is great. I haven't seen Jaws on the big screen at the pictures since 1975. You can watch it all you like on DVD, but it is not the same as seeing it on the big screen."
Jeremy Smith, the Oxford Mail's arts and entertainment editor, said: "Jaws is quite literally a monster movie - not only was it the first blockbuster to make $100m worldwide, but even after all these years, everyone still seems to have a story about the first time they saw it.
"The interest we have received in screening this film has genuinely taken me by surprise."
Remember to get your special Spielberg Festival coupon in the Oxford Mail, starting on Friday. Each coupon allows entry for one to the festival for half price.
