TONY Benn, the 83-year-old former Labour Cabinet minister and MP, is the lead speaker on the main theme of this year's Levellers' Day, the need for a written constitution, in Burford on Saturday.
The event, which also includes a parade through the town, music, dancing and commemoration of three soldiers shot for mutiny in the town Churchyard in the 17th century, runs from 9.30am to 5pm.
