Long tailbacks are forming on the A40 near Headington in Oxford after another crash.
Initial reports are that two vehicles have collided on the westbound carriageway of North Way just before the Marsh Lane junction.
One lane of the two-lane carriageway is closed and tailbacks are forming.
Police, firefighters and paramedics are all at the scene.
