PARENTS have been reminded of the deadline for secondary school place applications.
Oxfordshire County Council has urged parents and carers to submit their preferences for secondary school places, for children starting Year 7 in September 2023.
Applications should be submitted online on the council website.
Parents should list four preferences on their application. The deadline for completed applications is October 31.

A spokesperson for the county council said: “It is important to apply on time. Late applications will be processed later in the year and are far less likely to secure places at preferred schools.”
Parents will then be contacted with the result to their application on March 1 next year.
The council oversees all state school applications for September admissions, including academies.
