BLUE is the colour at Cherwell District Council today as the Conservatives swept the board in results declared so far.
All 13 seats in 12 wards have gone to the Tories, making it a clean sweep.
Just five seats in the remaining five wards remain uncounted and are expected at 2pm.
Although the council is already run by the Conservatives, Labour has lost two seats in this morning's count, further strengthening the Tories' position.
