TRAIN operator First Great Western's new Oxford Evening Out ticket is to go on sale next month.
Its launch was delayed earlier in the year due to a dispute over sharing revenue with other operators.
The ticket, priced £3 for adults, will be on sale from Sunday, May 18, and offers a cut-price return evening journey into Oxford in the area bounded by Banbury, Bicester Town, Didcot Parkway and Kingham stations.
It is valid every evening from 6.30pm, with travel also allowed from Kingham at 6.15pm, Shipton at 6.20pm, Charlbury at 6.25pm, Bicester Town at 6.15pm and Islip at 6.25pm.
