A 53-year-old man yesterday denied murdering a man who was found dead on a boat.
James Crain, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, is accused of killing Maurice Batts, 64, who was found dead on his boat on the Oxford Canal at Southam Road, Banbury, last September.
He was remanded in custody at Oxford Crown Court until June 9.
