A MAN with convictions for indecently exposing himself stretching back more than 20 years has been jailed for two years.
John Bustin, 41, appeared in court today to be sentenced for exposing himself when he committed an indecent sex act in front of a woman in an alleyway in Osney Lane last July.
He had also breached an antisocial behaviour order given to him last year to stop him exposing himself.
Bustin, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, has convictions for exposing himself stretching back 24 years.
Bustin was convicted by magistrates and sent to Oxford Crown Court for sentencing last Monday. However after initially reporting in he then left the court and did not return in the afternoon.
A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was caught the following day in Paradise Square. He was then remanded in custody until today.
Mr Recorder Bueno called Bustin a menace to society.
