Firefighters were called to a fire in a flat in Oxford this morning.
Emergency crews were alerted to the blaze in a first floor-flat in Oakthorpe Manor, Oakthorpe Road, Summertown, at 3.11am.
Two crews from Oxford attended the scene and used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
One person was treated for smoke inhalation by paramedics.
A spokesman for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "This was a small fire in the living room of a first-floor flat."
Thames Valley Police were called to the scene, but it is not yet known whether they are treating the fire as suspicious.
