A teenage boy was robbed by a pair of hooded teens as he walked along a busy Oxford road.
The 14-year-old was walking along Horspath Driftway, near the Corner House pub, on Saturday at about 4.30pm when he was approached by two youths.
They stole his Sony Ericsson mobile phone then fled along The Slade.
The robbers are both described as white and aged about 17.
One wore a black hooded top and the other a white hooded top.
Dc Iain Spencer said: "There were plenty of people around at this time of the day who may have seen the incident happening and I would like to ask that anyone who may have seen these youths or has any information get in touch."
Anyone with information should speak to police on 08458 505505 or speak anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
