Sir - Whenever the subject of wind farms crops up - it is said how ugly they are - however, I never hear similar comments on the far uglier and terrible 'blots on the landscape' as are the electricity pylons and connecting cables, which criss-cross the whole countryside - now that's what I call ugly!
If the wind farms were perhaps painted green, instead of being stark grey, they would surely blend in better with the countryside and be less intrusive.
