Sir - As a member of the NOC Network, I am saddened to hear of the drastic cuts in funding from the Government, to the NOC, a world-renowned orthopaedic centre of excellence.
The NOC is well known for its meticulous research and medical innovations in orthopaedic engineering and clinical excellence, which over the years have established itself in this field of medical prowess.
There are not many of its kind in the world today. 100 per cent funding of the NOC can be rightly justified by the results of the work. I hope all those concerned will reconsider this awful decision and let reason prevail.
