Sir - Why does the SHA set out to ruin a highly successful hospital like NOC by not paying the full cost of the complex operations and treatment needed in rheumatoid arthritis and in bone infections.
Of course such operations are expensive, but they are life-saving and NOC has a high success rate in this field and an international reputation.
