Ten patients who suffered a diarrhoea and vomiting bug at the John Radcliffe Hospital are now recovering following treatment.
During the past week, 10 out of 60 patients on the 25-bed cardiology ward suffered the symptoms and the ward was closed to new admissions over the weekend.
The ward reopened for admissions on Monday. No patients waiting for surgery were turned away.
