A fire crew answering a 999 call to Southfield Golf Course in Oxford were delayed by badly-parked cars.
There are many areas of Oxford when motorists put their lives - and the lives of others - at risk by parking inconsiderately.
Saturday's incident should serve as a warning to all who leave their cars in narrow streets - think before you park.
