TWO men have been arrested for drugs offences after being caught on CCTV.
Police were called to Barns Road, Cowley, Oxford, at 8.45pm on Saturday by staff at Templars Square shopping centre.
They arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of possession of class-A and C drugs with intent to supply, and a 23-year-old man for possession of cannabis and a knife.
Both have been bailed until May 31.
