I was a patient at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital in Oxford in March.
I would like to say about all the horror stories we get that mine is not one of them.
I had surgery on my spine.
The care I received was brilliant. The hospital was clean and tidy, and the staff could not do enough, right down from the surgeon Mr J Macdonald and his team, the nursing team, the operating room staff, especially Kim and Shep, to the angels in Ward D, where I stayed.
I would like to thank them all.
