A new state-of-the-art design office at the Notcutts Garden Centre in Nuneham Courtney has opened its doors for business. The facility, run by Notcutts Landscape and Garden Design Consultants, will enable the company, which has won numerous gold medals for its exhibits at Chelsea Flower Show, to provide customers in the Oxford area with a comprehensive design and project management service.
Mami Okubo, one of the Notcutts design team who will operate from the new office, says that it will fill a much-needed gap in the market for garden landscaping services locally by catering for all types of customers, whatever the size of their garden, design preference or budget.
"The new design office represents a very exciting step forward for Notcutts and will provide major benefits for customers.
"As a design-led project management business we operate in very similar way to an architect's practice, using our landscape design skills and industry experience to draw together the best-available products and services.
"Notcutts' aim is to become the country's leading garden design practice and we will raise the standards of creativity in this field by utilizing a wide range of specialist artists, artisans, materials and garden features, whilst maintaining the company's trademark quality."
