COUNCILLORS have "expressed concerns" over plans to build more than 350 student bedrooms and 72 new homes on the Territorial Army Centre at Slade Park, Oxford.
Members of Oxford City Council's north-east area committee were asked for their comments on the proposal before the council's strategic development control committee makes a final decision on the scheme on Friday, April 25.
Outline permission for 276 student bedrooms and 53 homes was given last year.
But councillors raised concerns that the increase in numbers would mean the development was too dense and could cause "significant" problems with parking in the area.
