FOUR candidates are standing in a by-election for Oxfordshire County Council's Kidlington and Yarnton division on Thursday, May 1.
They are Michael Gibbard (Conservative), Chris Robins (Labour), Janet Warren (Green) and Suzanne Wilson-Higgins (Liberal Democrat).
The by-election was called after the resignation of former councillor Maureen Hastings.
