A 21st anniversary ball in memory of a young child who died of meningitis is going ahead this summer.
It is being organised by Maria Drinkwater, who lost her five-and-a-half-month-old daughter Sarah to the disease in 1987, and fellow members of the Chipping Norton Support Group of the Meningitis Trust.
The event is at the Chipping Norton cricket ground on June 21.
Mrs Drinkwater, from Kingham, said: "This year also celebrates the group and Meningitis Trust's 21st anniversary, so we have pulled together to create a night to remember."
Money raised will go towards the trust's 24-hour helpline and other projects.
For tickets, costing £60, call Mrs Drinkwater on 01608 651272.
