The last pub in west Oxfordshire to get back into business after last summer's floods is to reopen on Friday.
Almost nine months to the day, the Old Court in Bridge Street, is welcoming customers back to its bar and restaurant.
And among those coming through the doors to wish owner Julian Bones the best of luck will be Witney MP David Cameron, who in recent weeks has made similar reopening calls to The Plough in Witney's High Street, The Maytime at Asthall and The Swan at Ascott-under- Wychwood.
Mr Bones said: " I have had to battle with the banks and insurance company.
"It has been a very stressful time. However, it is wonderful to be open again."
