I agree with Peter Challis's letter about the withdrawal of the No 10 bus from Littlehay Road and Rymers Lane at Cowley, Oxford, with almost no publicity (Oxford Mail, March 31).
My husband needs to attend the John Radcliffe Hospital regularly and I have to attend the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, and the No 10 is our only means of transport to appointments.
I explained my situation to someone from Stagecoach outside the Nelson public house and was told in no uncertain terms we would have to walk to Templars Square to catch a bus to the Headington hospitals.
I was told the changes were to improve services.
