POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a 37-year-old woman was killed in a car crash in Oxfordshire.
The woman died in Checkendon, near Henley, at about 8.15pm yesterday.
A red Ford Mondeo was travelling along Main Street when it appears to have lost control, police said.
The woman, who was driving the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
PC Robert Turpin said: "I appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact police immediately."
