With the Oxford Children's Hospital open for more than a year, some might think it is time to ease off on fundraising.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The hospital, which treated more than 60,000 patients in its first year, still needs money to reach its £15m target.
And this weekend, everyone has another opportunity to boost the fund - in the OX5 Run at Blenheim Park.
Last year, 800 runners raised £50,000 for the hospital campaign, including 150 who turned up on the day.
Organisers are hoping that a similar number will turn out this time.
It may be a challenge for some people to get out of bed on a Sunday morning, particularly when the weather is not expected to be particularly kind.
The consolation is that you will be getting much-needed exercise and fresh air - and will be supporting a worthy cause.
Even if you haven't had time to fill in a form, there is no excuse for not turning up.
Officials will happily supply you with one on the spot.
Just think of the thousands of young patients you will be helping.
