TWO Oxford buildings have been shortlisted for the regional finals of the Royal Institute of Architects Awards.
The glass-walled University College boathouse off Abingdon Road was designed by Belsize Architects after the original building burnt down in an arson attack.
Also in the shortlist is the North Wall Arts Centre - a former swimming pool that was re-designed for St Edward's School, in North Oxford, by Haworth Tomkins, another London firm.
