A PUB has risen from the flood waters and reopened its doors.
The Plough, in Witney's High Street, is back in business more than eight months after being flooded by the River Windrush.
Witney MP and Tory leader David Cameron called in to celebrate with landlord Guy Ripley.
In the past few weeks Mr Cameron has visited the Maytime, at Asthall, and the Swan Inn, at Ascott-under-Wychwood, which have also reopened after being hit by the floods last July.
