POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a 33-year-old man was killed near Minster Lovell.
The 33-year-old man died on the Minster Road, between Brize Norton and Minster Lovell, near to the junction with the A40 dual carriageway at 8.50pm on Saturday.
Police said a silver Vauxhall Astra was being driven along the road in the direction of Minster Lovell when it left the road and collided with a tree.
Formal identification of the driver is expected to take place later today.
Police said he was the third person to die on the stretch of road in less than two years.
