Young people to be proud of who live in the Vale of White Horse will be honoured at a special lunch.
Residents of the area can nominate individuals to attend the district council's celebratory lunch on Saturday, April 26.
It will recognise successes achieved by under-25s in the past three years, whether it is sporting, academic, artistic, community-based or national.
Young people who have overcome a personal difficulty, such as a disability, and those who have given up their time to help vulnerable or poor people, are also eligible.
The celebration will be held at the Guildhall, in Abingdon, and will include a buffet lunch followed by a presentation ceremony.
Julie Mayhew-Archer, chairman of the district council, will make the presentations.
She said: "This event is a positive step in recognising the contribution young people make to our district and I encourage residents throughout the Vale to nominate those who have achieved great personal success, overcome difficulty or helped others in the community."
To nominate a young person, go to the council's website at whitehorsedc.gov.uk to download a form, which can be emailed to anita.hutchins@whitehorsedc.gov.uk or call 01235 540377.
All nominations must be received by Friday, April 4.
