The driver killed in a road accident near Swerford on Tuesday morning has been named as 40-year-old Ronald Zvidzai Kamuduariwa.
He lived at Lodge Close, in Banbury, and a formal inquest was expected to be opened and adjourned today in Oxford.
He was driving a green Nissan Primera on the A361 in the direction of Chipping Norton when his car was involved in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Astra estate and a grey Peugeot 307 at about 7am.
