The mother of Steven Tizzard, who died aged 25 during a sudden seizure at his home in Abingdon, described him as a "cheeky chappy."
Mr Tizzard was found dead in his bedroom at his parent's house, in Gibson Close, on March 14.
A former pupil at St Nicholas' Primary School and John Mason School, Mr Tizzard was well liked.
His mother, Janet Tizzard, 52, said: "He was a lovable rogue, everyone remembered him as a cheeky chappy.
"He was loved by more people than I ever knew and over the past weeks we've had the house full of his friends coming round to see us. All of them have said how great he was and how much they will miss him."
Mr Tizzard was working as a labourer for A & I Contractors when he died.
His friends have set up a group on the social networking site Facebook to pay their respects.
The cause of Mr Tizzard's death is not yet known and the family are awaiting the results of an autopsy.
His funeral will take place at St Michael's Church, in Abingdon, at 1.45pm on Monday. Anyone attending is asked to wear red and white, the colours of his favourite football team, Manchester United.
