ONE person was taken to hospital with serious facial injuries after a head-on collision today.
Two cars collided on the A361 Banbury Road, near Chipping Norton, at 6.57am.
One person suffered serious facial injuries and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
Another person was taken to hospital with less serious injuries.
The road was blocked, causing delays for motorists.
