Jaguar's fastest production XK yet, the XKR-S lightweight sports coupe, goes on sale here in the summer, and will be limited to a production run of just 200 cars for the whole of Europe.
Pricing will be disclosed closer to the launch, and the coupe will be powered by Jaguar's 4.2-litre, V8 supercharged engine, giving an electronically limited top speed of 174mph and a 0-60mph time of 4.9 seconds.
The firm says the XKR-S has been developed for the true Jaguar enthusiast to provide a faster and more agile ride than the XKR, and it comes in Ultimate Black paintwork only.
Equipment includes full soft-grain leather trim, and a Bowers and Wilkins surround-sound audio system, with low-distortion Kevlar mid-range speakers and aluminium dome speakers.
