ONE of the Witney's few remaining independent shops is hoping to move into the new Mill Walk development.
Dennis Green and Partners, well-known for its furnishings and fabrics, has applied for planning permission to West Oxfordshire District Council for a change of use from office to shop of one of the units at the development next to the Woolgate car park.
The store's current premises at Market Square are being taken over by the Steam Trading Cookshop in May.
