Final Whistle secured the Men's Section 1 crown in the Greene King ODDA with a brilliant win over visitors College Oak.
Joe Palmer scored a maximum as Whistle raced into a 4-0 lead.
The visitors pulled back to 4-2 with wins from Les Radford (180) and the impressive Wes Topley, who scored three 180s.
But the Whistle's 3-0 pairs win gave them a 7-2 success. and with it the title.
Original Swan A, the Men's Premier champions, ended the season in terrific style by avenging the previous week's defeat by Shelley Arms C.
Swan, stung by the 5-4 reverse, trounced Shelley 8-1 in an impressive display.
Rose Hill visited Section 2 rivals Three Horseshoes, needing just three points for the title.
And they got the first of those when Bob Boyce defeated Dave Butler.
The Shoes hit back to lead 2-1 with wins from Paul Bustin and Steve Willoughby, before two maximums each from Dave Allen and Steve Paddys secured Rosse Hill's victory.
Red Lion C, the Section 3 champions, celebrated with a 7-2 win over Masons Arms A.
Railway Social Club D recorded their 12th win of the season by defeating Somerset House 5-4 to secure the Section 5 title Kings Arms are the Section 6 champions, while Headington British Legion took the Section 7 crown.
Red Lion B are the Section 9 champions, ending, with a 100 per cent record.
In the top Ladies Premier clash, Shelley Arms C beat Lord Nuffield Social Club 7-2 to retain their title.
