Bartholomew (Eynsham) and Batt (Witney) stole the show in the Oxfordshire Schools Badminton Tournament at the White Horse Leisure & Tennis Centre with four titles apiece.

Louise Kemp led the way for Bartholomew with a 21-11 victory over Nikita Mistry (Fitzharrys, Abingdon) in the under 17 girls' singles.

Kemp also teamed up with Holly Clyne to beat Christine Langston and Ellie Gunn (Lord Williams's, Thame) in the doubles.

Kemp's younger sister, Ella, pipped Kate Morris-Millar (Cheney, Oxford) 21-20 in the girls' under 13 singles.

And she made it a double, teaming up with Lucy Goldthorpe to beat Eleanor Melbourne and Kate Moore (Lord Williams's, Thame) 21-14.

Batt dominated the younger age groups with Joe Roberts beating his little brother, Ben, 21-16 in the under 11 boys' singles.

The pair also teamed up to take the doubles with a 21-10 victory over William Hemmings and Jack Shearer (Abingdon Prep).

It helped Ben Roberts record a hat-trick of titles. He defeated Henry Whitehead (North Kidlington) 21-12 in the boys' under nine singles.

And, with partner Jordan Garret, he took the doubles 21-9 against Stavios Gidopolous and Ashley Stevens (Chilton).

In the under 19 boys' singles, Jack Bullivant beat Wood Green, Witney teammate Simon LeGood 21-15.

The pair also teamed up to take the doubles 21-16 against Abingdon's Ruchit Patel and Young Sang Lee.

Michael Brooks (John Mason, Abingdon) took the under 17 boys' singles title with a 21-19 victory over Nathan Reynolds (Wood Green).
