Filming crews spotted in Crowmarsh Gifford near Wallingford

Lines of cars and large trailers have been seen parked on a field in Crowmarsh Gifford, just outside of the town, at the junction with Portway Way and Cox’s Lane.

People have also spotted filming at the historic Carmel College boarding school site in Mongewell Park which closed in 1997.

It is believed the filming is for a film called “The End We Start From” based on a book by Megan Hunter about a family’s survival following an environmental crisis.

The film features Killing Eve star Jodie Comer, Doctor Strange and Sherlock start Benedict Cumberbatch, Cruella star Joel Fry, Gina McKee, Katherine Waterston, Nina Sosanya and many more.
