AN Oxford professor has been named a woman of outstanding achievement in science, engineering and technology.
Prof Kay Davis was one of six women chosen from 125 nominations for the UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology's Women of Outstanding Achievement.
The aim of the awards is to profile pioneering women in the sector. Prof Davis works in genetics and has conducted research into Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
